Happiness is…

Preparing a romantic and healthy lunch for two just because you feel like it I tried a new recipe (boiled eggs with tamarind sauce) and set everything up within an hour. Next round, it should take about half an hour. That’s my new goal – combining healthy food which can be completed within 30 minutes! =:)

Sara’s Curry House

Felt like going to kanna curry house but I hate to drive. So I made Indian fried fish in less than 30 mins. Sara has a curry house!  *** I’m also known to make 3 litres of dal curry. My house sometimes does feel like a mamak/curry house! =:)  

In the kitchen on a Saturday

Spending Saturday in the kitchen. Oh, how a fridge filled with fresh produce and playing with my newest pan make me happy!  (p.s That’s a bowl of stir-fry garlic prawn with oyster sauce)
