Why I like to cook, serve and eat?

Much more than how delicious food taste and how beneficial it is for our body, I realise now that like to cook and eat because of how home cooked food makes me feel.

Loved. Nourished. Happy. 

 Today I cooked popular dishes from six different countries. L- R: fish amok from Cambodia, mango salad from Thailand, chicken Karaage from Japan, kimchi jjigae from Korea and red lentil soup from Turkey.
