Eating your favourite childhood food after many years.
Mine is sweet and sour crab. When my sisters, brother and I were little, my parents would make this on rare weekends. We were soooo happy. Mommy made it again over the weekend and we were still sooo happy!
It brings back a lot of childhood memories. Though the chef is no longer around, the souf chef did a great job. Now that we’re older, we get to help in the kitchen this time.
Naturally, I plan to perfect the recipe so my family can continue to enjoy our favourite meal for a long time.
